Westcountry Wagyu

Wagyu (Japanese: 和牛, Hepburn: wagyū, lit. ’Japanese cattle’) is the collective name for the four principal Japanese breeds of beef cattle. All wagyū cattle derive from cross-breeding in the early twentieth century of native Japanese cattle with imported stock, mostly from Europe.

We are Wagyu breeders and growers situated in the furthest point of West Dorset, bordering both Devon and Somerset we are ideally situated to grow the best Wagyu in the UK.
All of our land is maintained 100% organically, this giving us some of the best grazing for miles around.
